Requirements
• Strong Workday domain expertise. • Experience in core HR, compensation, benefits, and payroll. • Experience with HRIS analytics, reporting, and metrics. • Knowledge of integrations and time & attendance tracking systems. • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred (education). • 7+ years in Workday role with management experience (years of experience).
Responsibilities
• Oversee the implementation and management of HR technology solutions within Rackspace to streamline human resources processes. • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Workday systems and other enterprise software used by Rackspace, enhancing data flow and reporting capabilities across departments. • Develop strategies for the effective use of HR technology tools in recruitment efforts while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations regarding candidate information processing using AI. • Monitor system performance to identify areas requiring optimization or upgrades, thereby improving efficiency and user experience within Rackspace's human resources operations. • Provide leadership on HR technology initiatives by guiding the adoption of new tools that support talent acquisition, employee management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance evaluation systems across various locations in a remote work environment.
