Requirements
• You’ve led cross-functional programs before with ideally 5+ years in high-growth or technical environments. • You’re technically fluent: maybe you’ve got a degree in Computer Science or just years of real-world experience with engineering teams. • You’ve worked closely with infrastructure, platform, or developer tooling teams and understand how they tick. • You know how to influence without authority and bring structure without red tape. • Experience with security-focused or compliance-driven engineering orgs. • Familiarity with product operations as a discipline • A deep respect for secure-by-default systems and a genuine love for open source communities.
Responsibilities
