We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii. • 5+ years of experience in UX research, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field • Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, behavioral analytics, and diary studies • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly inform product decisions • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across product, design, and engineering teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor research findings for different audiences including leadership • Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced product environment • Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and inclusive research methodologies • Experience working in or adjacent to healthcare, with an understanding of patient and provider workflows • We're serious about your well-being!
