Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with significant focus on senior leadership and/or executive-level searches • Proven experience recruiting in technology-enabled, SaaS, health tech, or high-growth environments • Demonstrated success as a hands-on individual contributor (not just managing others) • Strong executive presence and ability to partner credibly with C-suite and senior leaders • Deep expertise in proactive sourcing and closing senior-level passive candidates • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills • High level of judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism • Ability to operate with urgency, rigor, and independence in a fast-moving environment • Experience balancing business needs with candidate experience and culture stewardship • Experience in healthcare and/or healthtech • Experience in a hyper-growth environment • In order to transform health insurance and build a health plan everyone can love, we need talented people doing amazing work. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation. • Our unique benefits program is the gravy, i.e., the special sauce that sets our compensation package apart. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior leadership and executive roles across functions, including Technology, Product, Data, Operations, and Corporate leadership • Partner closely with executive leaders, hiring managers and HRBPs to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies • Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with high-caliber passive talent • Run high-touch, consultative candidate experiences from first outreach through offer and close • Assess senior-level candidates with a strong lens on leadership capability, culture add, and long-term impact • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on market dynamics, talent availability, and competitive intelligence • Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously with strong prioritization and follow-through • Flex to lead full-cycle recruiting for other high-priority, non-executive roles as business needs require • Build and maintain pipelines for future senior and executive talent needsPartner with HRBP and leadership on workforce planning and succession-related hiring • Bring structure, data, and best practices to executive recruiting processes while maintaining a white-glove experience
