• Clinically trained: recently qualified or early career clinicians (e.g., FY1/FY2 doctors). • A passion for technology, AI, and its potential to transform healthcare. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills - comfortable working with clinicians, engineers, and commercial teams. • Strong organisational skills and a process-driven mindset. • Keen to learn and iterate: you’ll receive mentorship, but we want people who have a strong sense of initiative and ownership. • Willingness to work flexibly, travel to customer sites frequently, and step up during critical moments. • Familiarity with prompting and large language models (LLMs). • Experience or interest in developing simple templates or documentation for clinicians. • Exposure to regulatory standards in the UK or EU (e.g. clinical safety, digital health compliance). • Experience running implementation projects or customer-facing rollouts. • We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based in London where you will work primarily in order to collaborate, connect, and build our culture. • This role will involve extensive travel to hospital sites across the UK to support deployments and work directly with clinicians. At times, you may be expected to spend extended periods on-site to ensure a smooth rollout.
