Responsibilities
• Develop and execute an IT roadmap aligned with company goals across development, construction, and operations • Manage IT budgets, vendor selection, and contracts to drive operational and financial efficiency • Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure across offices, job sites, and remote environments • Administer and optimize enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, and collaboration tools • Ensure secure network connectivity and reliable data access across corporate and field environments • Establish and oversee cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and compliance (e.g., ISO, NIST, SOC 2, privacy standards) • Lead incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning • Enable integration of field and operational data into enterprise systems for reporting and visibility • Build and lead a high-performing, service-oriented IT team focused on reliability and continuous improvement • Oversee device lifecycle and asset management programs • Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability scans, and risk assessments • Partner cross-functionally to streamline data flows between field systems, analytics platforms, and enterprise tools (including occasional hands-on integration work) • Perform other duties as needed • MUST-HAVE: • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field • 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing corporate and distributed infrastructure • Proven success scaling IT systems and processes in a growth-stage or multi-site environment • Strategic mindset with hands-on expertise in infrastructure, networking, and enterprise systems • Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS), MS 365 administration and access controls, and cybersecurity best practices • Demonstrated success implementing and integrating SaaS and cloud-based platforms across functions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives • Deep commitment to operational reliability, data integrity, and customer-focused service delivery • NICE-TO-HAVE: • Master’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field • Experience in the energy, construction, utilities, or EV infrastructure industries • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer • Familiarity with SOC2 Type-2, ISO 27001, NIST 2.0 environments • LOCATION: • Culver City, CA or Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Benefits
• Denver: $160K – $195K base salary • Los Angeles: $175K – $205K base salary • Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. • Our total compensation package includes the base salary, bonus, incentive equity compensation, and competitive benefits (medical/vision/dental insurance, matching 401(k), unlimited vacation time, & EV incentive). • Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. Relocation benefits are not available.#LI-Hybrid
