Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Equivalent practical experience in these specific areas will also be considered. • 2–4 years in Healthcare Operations, Program Coordination, or Data Analytics. An interest in the provider journey or prior healthcare exposure is a plus. • Comfortable handling and analyzing large datasets. Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end monthly lifecycle of provider incentive programs, managing all administrative execution and collaborating with Customer Success to align on provider eligibility and budget allocations. • Lead the bulk launch of provider communications via email and in-application messaging tools each month. • Design and execute internal application walkthroughs and pop-up notifications to guide providers through the platform and alert them to new opportunities. • Serve as the main point of contact on provider programming to share monthly updates across the organization and keep everyone aligned on upcoming initiatives. • Establish a consistent cadence for reviewing monthly program results, translating raw data into actionable summaries for leadership to evaluate the effectiveness of current initiatives. • Stand up an internal ticketing process to centralize manual tasks across the team, and complete the manual tasks on a regular cadence. • Propose new outreach programs and identify the most effective communication types for different provider segments. • Assume full responsibility for program documentation. This includes updating internal resource pages (Notion) and formalizing Standard Operating Procedures. • Run analysis and data tests to evaluate program interventions, setting up experiments to see what specifically drives provider behavior. • Propose recurring manual tasks that can be optimized through AI and automation to increase team efficiency and strategic system improvements.
