Requirements
• 4–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or demand generation • Proven ability to own a project management tool and drive team adoption and accountability • Strong cross-functional communicator who closes the loop without being asked • Enough marketing fluency to make smart execution calls independently — and clear on when to escalate • Builder mindset — energized by designing processes, not just following them • Growth-oriented contributor who brings strategic instincts to the table — proactively flagging opportunities to optimize timing, approaches, and build bigger-picture outcomes. • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with some ambiguity, adjusting to business changes and challenges with flexibility • Experience with tools like Asana, Marketo, Tableau, Claude, ChatGPT, or other efficiency tools a plus • The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range. • In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
Responsibilities
• Regional Leadership: • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. • Provide leadership and guidance to all EMEA North teams, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement. • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure alignment and consistency with company-wide strategies. • Team Management: • Lead and manage regional teams, setting performance expectations and targets. • Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback. • Business Development and Growth: • Drive growth and profitability within the EMEA North region, identifying and pursuing new opportunities. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and explore new markets. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to meet revenue and growth targets. • Operational Excellence: • Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all EMEA North teams. • Monitor performance metrics, operational processes, and quality standards. • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. • Stakeholder Collaboration: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in delivering results and client success. • Act as the main point of contact for EMEA North-related matters, including addressing and resolving operational issues. • Provide input and feedback to the executive team on regional strategies and challenges.
