Requirements
• University degree in related fields (Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.). • Minimum 4 years of experience specifically as a Warehouse field, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. • Strong proficiency in SAP or other professional Warehouse ERP systems is a must. • Excellent command of English and Turkish (both written and verbal) for global reporting and coordination. • Deep knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and supply chain operations. • Strong leadership and communication skills, team-oriented, and high decision-making capabilities. • Ajax Systems is a big team of professionals and open-minded people who share ambitious goals. • We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. Responsibilities
• We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Warehouse Supervisor to lead our logistics operations. • Oversee and coordinate all daily warehouse operations to ensure seamless production support. • Monitor and verify all daily product dispatches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure daily targets are met. • Conduct regular stock-taking and ensure 100% inventory accuracy within the SAP/ERP system. • Maintain and continuously improve the warehouse layout and organization for maximum efficiency. • Optimize storage management and internal logistics processes to reduce lead times. • Prepare and present detailed reports regarding warehouse performance, KPIs, and operational status. • Ensure the procurement and availability of all necessary equipment and materials required for warehouse activities. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with corporate and HSE standards.
