Responsibilities
• Implement the NICE CXone software. • Design and develop products and features for various Contact Center technologies including IVR/ACD, VoIP, Email, SMS, and Chat systems. • Conduct unit testing, code reviews, resolve defects during QA cycle, support production environment, assist other developers using agile or waterfall processes. • Exercise wide latitude in determining objectives for engagements with clients and influencing client leadership to establish business relationship strategies. • Work on issues impacting design/selling success, future concepts, product offerings. • Mentor Software Engineers within the TTEC Digital project team. • Design and present projects aimed at improving current processes and overall platform using CXone Studio or other languages as required by client needs. • Code and test software to ensure high quality delivery on time, attend meetings and training when necessary. • Collaborate with system analysis and project management for successful completion of a project.
