Requirements
• Manager level, with 5-10 years' experience in commercial or financial roles within the industry. Preferably with relevant renewable fund manager experience. • Excellent commercial skills, including significant experience owning material issue resolution workstreams. Able to manage technical people and leverage wider finance and legal skill sets to drive performance. • Strong knowledge of the renewables market, including suppliers, contractual frameworks and industry norms. • Experience in renewable asset management with a good understanding of key technical assumptions, performance indicators, and risk management measures. • Ability to collaborate and work under pressure to tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously. • High commercial and numerical acumen, with a good understanding of key financial metrics.
Responsibilities
• Be responsible for asset profitability and performance across a portfolio of assets • Lead workstreams with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational and financial initiatives, process improvements and risk management • Monitor and report on asset technical and financial performance, ensuring alignment with investment objectives and proactively identifying risks and opportunities. • Ensure all assets operate in accordance with health and safety, ESG and governance requirements. • Provide oversight and support of ongoing incident management within the portfolio. Step into incident management where required, with delegated approval rights. • Maintain relationships with critical suppliers and use key market knowledge to support the delivery of asset performance. • Partner with fund management teams on investor focused activities, including reporting, budgeting and asset valuations
