Addepar - Product Analyst

• While it’s helpful to know Financial Services, and more specifically Wealth Management, it isn’t required. You must be willing to learn all aspects of our business, financial products, product development, and business strategy. • You’re a problem solver with an experimentation mindset. You’ve proven an ability to learn rapidly and you have a desire to teach others. The proof could be a Graduate Degree in a technical or research discipline, having worked as a Consultant, or having a couple of years of experience as a Data Analyst or Software Engineer, working with customers or internal stakeholders using data to understand what’s happening. The important thing isn't the job title, it’s your mindset. • Analytical and Problem solving mindset • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders to decompose abstract problems into experiments • Prior Software or Data Engineering experience • Consulting Experience • Proficiency with Ai Tools (specifically Claude), Experience using ML/Ai techniques. • Proficiency in Python and / or Javascript. • Experience with Data Lake platforms Databricks (preferred), Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, BigQuery or Microsoft Fabric. • Experience with Figma, Canva, Lucid etc, or other Design Mocking or Prototyping tools. • Computer Science, Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, or similar engineering background • Experience in Financial Services and especially in Wealth Management • Our Values • Act Like an Owner - Think and operate with intention, purpose and care.
