• Exposure to taking products or platforms from early concept through production adoption in a web3 environment. • Strong product sense, with the ability to connect engineering decisions to user needs and business impact. • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and lead teams through ambiguity and complexity. • Clear motivation and capability to support, grow, and develop engineers at multiple career stages. • Sufficient technical depth to guide architectural discussions, assess trade-offs, and unblock teams across a range of systems. • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and execute against a single, high-impact backlog while managing competing stakeholder demands. • Experience communicating effectively with senior and executive stakeholders. • Track record of managing and developing senior or staff-level engineers. • Experience leading teams in high-pressure or operationally intensive environments. • Background spanning both larger, mature organizations and smaller or fast-scaling teams. • All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based.
