Requirements
• Licensed notaries or legal professionals with experience in notarial matters (EU/UK focus preferred) • Background in handling document authentication, verification, and compliance • Skilled at reviewing and validating legal documents for accuracy and enforceability • Available for 8–20 hours per week and ready to start promptly • Comfortable with remote, freelance work
Responsibilities
• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to notarial services, legal documentation, verification requirements, and practical aspects of notarial work • Evaluate AI responses for legal accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements • Draft realistic notarial scenarios based on your direct professional experience • Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. notary, client, legal counsel, or public authority) • Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated legal content • In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true notarial reasoning, authentic legal documentation, and practical procedures. Rather than conducting traditional notarial work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about notarial processes at scale.
