Responsibilities
• Team Leadership and Management: • Lead and manage a data team providing guidance, direction, and support to achieve team goals and objectives. • Conduct performance appraisals, pay reviews, and training and development activities to enhance team performance and capabilities. • Strategic Data Architecture: • Define and execute the strategic direction of data architecture initiatives, aligning with business objectives and priorities. • Drive innovation in data practices and technologies to support business growth and scalability. • Customer Data Implementations: • Partner with implementation and client success teams to support onboarding of customer data into the platform, ensuring data is accurately mapped, validated, and available for downstream use. • Own the technical delivery of customer-facing data integrations, establishing repeatable patterns that scale across new clients and product configurations. • Data Governance and Standards: • Establish data standards, governance routines, and data quality monitoring controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Implement and enforce policies and procedures for data management and access. • We would love to hear from you if you have: • Completion of a four-year college degree in a relevant discipline with 6-8 years of experience in a related field, or completion of an advanced degree (Masters or higher) in an applicable and relevant field with 5 years of related experience. Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through the work of others and apply operational or strategic management skills. • Experience in managing performance appraisals, pay reviews, training, and development activities for team members. • Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques to connect large data sets from various sources. • Strong skills in creating data collection frameworks for structured and unstructured data. • Ability to define data standards, governance routines, and data quality monitoring controls to meet business needs. • Understanding of development management and project management frameworks and best practices. • Ability to define and refine project goals and tactics to achieve business objectives and mobilize resources effectively. • As a Sagent Associate, you will be eligible to participate in our benefit programs beginning on Day #1!
