Requirements

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define a clear product vision and near-term roadmap for your Fulfillment product area, aligned with broader company objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational constraints. Serve as the subject matter expert for your domain, making meaningful strategic contributions through day-to-day product decisions, sequencing, and tradeoffs. • Execution & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for business-critical Fulfillment services, from ideation through launch and iteration. Partner closely with engineering and operations to support service readiness, rollout, and post-launch performance, driving clarity across requirements, dependencies, risks, and operational considerations throughout the PDLC. Maintain strong awareness of the day-to-day health of your services and collaborate with engineering on proactive issue detection, incident response, and post-incident learning. • Customer-Centric Approach: Represent the needs of internal operators, finance teams, external bank partners, and investor stakeholders. Use qualitative and quantitative inputs including operational data, incident learnings, and stakeholder feedback to understand pain points and inform roadmap priorities and future iterations. Treat operational reliability and partner trust as core customer outcomes. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, finance, operations, risk, compliance, and analytics to deliver reliable, scalable Fulfillment solutions that balance customer needs, business outcomes, and risk. Build alignment and buy-in through strong relationships, clear written and verbal communication, and consistent follow-through, particularly in high-impact or time-sensitive situations. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and leverage product metrics that measure customer and business outcomes for Fulfillment capabilities. Use post-launch and post-incident analysis to evaluate performance, identify systemic issues, assess tradeoffs, and drive continuous improvement. • Outcome Oriented: Be able to clearly tie the work of your team to the business outcomes that work enables, continuously iterating on the product using feedback, market trends and data until the outcome is achieved. • 6+ years product management and/or product design experience at innovative, dynamic technology companies • Background in consumer products, preferably related to financial services and lending • Proven ability to balance customer experience and business results with risk management • Balance of data, process and results driven to inform decisions, promote disciplined execution, gauge outcomes and derive insights • Demonstrated strong practices in conversion management, forecasting and test review • Strong collaborator to align priorities, plans and execution with leaders of other business and technical teams, and fellow product team members • Self-starter and able to navigate ambiguity comfortably and clearly

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead product strategy for the platform to drive growth and revenue generation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, finance, legal, operations, HR, and other departments as needed. • Define user needs through research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc., to inform product development decisions. • Prioritize features based on business goals, market trends, competitive landscape analysis, customer feedback, and technical feasibility assessment. • Oversee the design process from conceptualization through prototyping, user interface (UI) creation, testing, iteration, to final implementation of product designs for development teams. • Work closely with engineering team leads or directors in defining scope, timelines, resource allocation and technical specifications required by each feature set based on business goals and market needs. • Monitor the progress of projects through regular status meetings and reports from various departments to ensure alignment with product strategy objectives. • Identify opportunities for new products or enhancements that can be added into existing platforms, as well as potential acquisitions/partnerships in line with business goals. • Develop a comprehensive roadmap of the platform's evolution over time and communicate it to stakeholders regularly through presentations and reports. • Represent senior management interests at all levels within an organization by building relationships across departments, fostering collaboration among teams working on different aspects of products or services offered in various markets/regions worldwide (if applicable). • Provide leadership for product development efforts while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This includes setting priorities based upon market trends analysis results from research conducted by the team members themselves when necessary; establishing clear expectations regarding deliverables expected at each stage of project execution along timelines agreed upon during planning meetings held between senior management representatives (including myself) before starting any new initiative(s). • Participate in quarterly strategy sessions with executive leadership where we discuss current market conditions affecting our business model; review progress towards achieving strategic objectives set forth by top executives at these gatherings along side other members from across different functions within the organization who attend regularly too (e.g., finance, sales). • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers/users of our products or services; understand their needs through direct engagement via surveys conducted internally by myself personally whenever possible before launching any new initiatives into production environments where applicable based upon feedback received during these interactions (e.g., beta testing). • Represent senior management interests at all levels within an organization while building relationships across departments, fostering collaboration among teams working on different aspects of products or services offered in various markets/regions worldwide if
