Requirements
• Growth Strategy • Own the paid media strategy across all funnel stages, including acquisition, re-engagement, and conversion, while balancing marketing ROI • Manage and execute on the channel mix strategy, e.g., Search, Social, Programmatic, Display, Affiliates • Translate monthly and quarterly commercial targets into campaign strategies with well-defined goals, timelines, budgets, and KPIs • Campaign Management & CRO • Drive hands-on execution of campaign setup, A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative iteration across paid channels. You aren't afraid to get under the hood of a campaign to find 1% gains. • Work closely with the product and data teams to ensure there is data integration and attribution visibility of marketing spends by the use of right tools/technology • CRO - Monitor digital sign-up flow to minimize drop-offs and maximize CVR by analyzing and optimize performance campaigns daily/weekly, ensuring real-time responsiveness and accountability to performance benchmarks • Reporting Insights and Data Tracking • Deliver data-driven insights on channel performance, user acquisition funnels, and customer behavior to inform decisions and improve ROI • Build and maintain structured performance dashboards (GA4/Tableau), regularreporting cadences, and executive-ready summaries highlighting growth levers, blockers, and next steps • Work closely with tech, data, and analytics teams to ensure robust tracking • Leverage MarTech tools and automation to streamline workflows, ensure campaign integrity, and scale efficiently • Cross-functional Collaboration • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution across paid and owned channels • Influence creative direction for high-performing assets, advise on landing page optimization, and help connect the dots across user journeys • Innovation & Experimentation • Champion a test-and-learn mindset, developing a structured experimentation roadmap across platforms, formats, creative treatments, audience segments, and bidding strategies • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes and emerging ad formats to maintain a competitive edge • Has at least 8 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition in a high-growth environment such as Digital Telco or Consumer Digital Services-- B2C or e-commerce experience preferred • Demonstrates proven success in scaling acquisition and conversion funnels through Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, YouTube, and affiliate or influencer networks • Has deep understanding of Google Analytics, Looker data studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and confidence in discussing LTV, CAC, ROAS, and Contribution Margin. • Has done performance-focused creative and landing page testing, including conversion rate optimization tactics • Has experience managing high-performing agencies and mentoring junior specialists. • Has effective communications and presentation skills that can translate complex data into a compelling story for non-technical stakeholders. • Entrepreneurial, agile, and resourceful -- comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about delivering measurable results an entrepreneurial "day one" mentality. • Can thrive in fast-paced environments where the only constant is change.
