Requirements

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job posting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and closing positions up to the Director level. • End-to-End Recruitment: • Proactive Sourcing: Source high-calibre candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging applicant pools and referrals. • Proactive Sourcing: • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to hiring teams to track progress and address challenges effectively. • Reporting and Insights: • Data Management: Identify and resolve issues in hiring processes by analysing recruitment data and implementing necessary improvements. • Data Management: • Onboarding Support: Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, facilitating their integration into StackAdapt's culture and operations seamlessly. • Onboarding Support: • Diversity & Inclusion: Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process, ensuring all candidates receive fair and unbiased evaluation. • Diversity & Inclusion:
