Requirements
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Golang, Kotlin, Rust, Java, C++, Python. • Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design. • Experience developing production services with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability. • Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively. • Effective collaboration and communication skills, along with experience working cross-functionally across Product, Growth, and Infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade crypto brokerage systems that are scalable, secure, and reliable. • Own end-to-end feature development from architecture to deployment. • Optimize performance and operational efficiency of existing systems through engineering and refactoring. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Growth, and Infrastructure for customer needs alignment. • Contribute technical discussions, code reviews, and system design sessions to shape the Brokerage platform direction. • Stay informed on crypto infrastructure, distributed systems, and financial technology developments to drive innovation. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
