Requirements

• This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, or related field • 4+ years of experience in transportation, freight, logistics, or analytics • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, modeling) • Experience working with carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) and freight forwarders • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment • Strong experience and commitment to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day work • Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? Responsibilities

• Analyze freight spend across all transportation modes and identify cost-saving opportunities • Monitor and improve carrier performance, SLAs, and service levels • Support rate benchmarking and carrier negotiations with data-driven insights • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for freight KPIs • Partner with Logistics and Finance teams to support budgeting and cost tracking • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in transportation data • Support network optimization and routing strategies • Monitor shipment milestones and ensure accurate reporting across the network • Identify risks in transit and implement mitigation strategies • Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, labels) • Support issue resolution with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
