Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, with a strong focus on paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Twitter. • Proven ability to manage campaigns across both web and app, driving measurable impact on key metrics like CPA, ROAS, and LTV. • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and social performance tools; familiarity with AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms. • Strong analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting data, building experiments, and scaling what works. • Solid understanding of the broader digital marketing mix, including creative strategy, funnel optimization, and cross-channel collaboration. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with close collaboration across creative, analytics, BI, and product teams. • Even better if • Experience in online betting, igaming, or highly regulated digital industries • Experience working with both web and app acquisition at scale • Prior exposure to fast-growing, performance-driven environments • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) to accelerate work - whether for briefing creatives, analyzing performance data, drafting copy variations, or exploring new campaign ideas • Role specific tools • Role specific tools • Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Twitter and Snapchat • Google Analytics, AppsFlyer/Adjust/ Singular/Kochava • BI tools, Metabase/Tableau/Power BI • AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity or similar
Responsibilities
• Create and manage user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and other paid social platforms for both web and app. • Manage end-to-end campaign operations from setup and budgeting to optimization with a focus on hitting performance goals (CPA, ROAS, LTV). • Manage the process of briefing creatives, particularly UGCs, both with internal and external creative production teams. • Support the social media team with boosted posts. • Continuously test and iterate on creatives, messaging, and audience strategies to maximize impact across social channels. • Collaborate with creative, analytics, BI, and product teams to launch and scale high-performing campaigns across diverse markets. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards, identifying actionable insights and growth opportunities. • Run structured A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve funnel conversion at every stage. • Stay on top of paid social trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to ensure we remain ahead of the curve. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with platform reps to gain access to betas, insights, and strategic support.
