Zscaler - Manager, Learning Management Systems

• You thrive in ambiguity, comfortable building the path as you walk it, and see ambiguity as the raw material to build something meaningful. • You are a problem-solver who seeks out challenges and is energized by finding solutions, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact. • You are customer-obsessed, building deep empathy for internal and external customers while championing their needs from start to finish. • You operate with urgency, focusing relentlessly on execution and a bias for action to deliver high-impact results quickly. • You think at scale, connecting your day-to-day work to the larger company mission and building solutions that support a high-growth, global organization. • 10+ years of experience managing enterprise business applications, with 5 or more years managing Learning Management Systems and related technologies • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes for enablement, learning management, and certification management alongside best practices • Expertise in systems architecture, integration, solution design, and SSO authentication for LMS platforms • Familiarity with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Litmos, Skilljar), CMS platforms (Mediafly), Certification platforms (Pearson Vue), Gamification systems (Credly), and data platforms (Snowflake, Tableau) • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business stakeholders and technology teams • Exceptional hands-on ability and willingness to administer the LMS platforms as an individual contributor • Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiations • Experience delivering AI-enabled workflows using native Learning Management System capabilities or other advanced AI tools to drive innovation and continuous improvement • #LI-Remote #LI-YC2 • Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
