Requirements
• Experience in startups, fintech, or fast-scaling organizations • Experience hiring technical talent (Software engineers, Creative Designer, etc.) • Experience hiring leadership talent (Sr AE, Head of Sales, etc.) • In-house recruitment experience preferred over consulting companies/agencies • Ability to manage and scale distributed or multi-location teams • Analytical mindset for recruitment metrics
Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Recruit world-class talent to help scale Flagright • Manage full-cycle hiring across multiple roles and functions • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies • Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates • Coordinate interviews and ensure an outstanding candidate experience • Track hiring pipelines, metrics, and progress against hiring goals
