Requirements

• Built and supported production-grade cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tooling such as Terraform, achieving scalable and maintainable platform capabilities. • Delivered CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows that improved deployment reliability, reduced manual intervention, or accelerated delivery cycles. • Implemented secure infrastructure and operational best practices that reduced configuration drift, security exceptions, or operational risk. • Contributed to platform, tooling, or developer experience initiatives that improved usability, standardisation, or adoption across engineering teams. • Experimented with AI or automation tooling to improve developer workflows, operational efficiency, or engineering productivity within a real-world environment. • Taken ownership of well-defined technical problems from implementation through to operational support, collaborating effectively with teammates and stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes. • YOU'RE UNLIKELY TO THRIVE HERE IF • You prefer executing predefined tasks over taking ownership of ambiguous problems that require exploration, experimentation, and iteration to solve • You view platform engineering as building infrastructure in isolation rather than treating it as a product with internal customers whose adoption and satisfaction drive success • You're uncomfortable with rapid change and continuous improvement, preferring stability and established patterns over evolving practices based on data and feedback

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining reusable Infrastructure as Code modules and self-service platform capabilities that enabled engineering teams to provision and deploy services more consistently and efficiently. • Contributing to AI-enabled developer workflows across CI/CD, operational tooling, and automation, helping reduce manual effort and improve engineering productivity. • Delivering secure, scalable cloud infrastructure aligned with platform standards, improving reliability and reducing operational overhead for internal teams. • Collaborating with product engineering teams to understand friction points, improve platform usability, and increase adoption of internal tooling and platform services. • Monitoring and improving platform performance, deployment workflows, and operational efficiency using metrics, feedback, and iterative improvements. • Contributing to a culture of engineering excellence by sharing knowledge, participating in technical discussions, and continuously improving platform standards and practices.
