Responsibilities
• Have strong experience in IT operations, internal systems, or workplace technology • Can confidently implement and manage MDM and device compliance • Are highly organised and enjoy owning asset tracking, logistics, and documentation • Take security seriously and can drive 2FA, training, and compliance controls • Are comfortable administering Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace at scale • Can respond fast to technical blockers and resolve access/authentication issues • Take pride in building reliable systems and reducing repeat problems through process improvement • This role suits someone who is proactive, detail-driven, and motivated by ownership - someone who keeps internal tech running smoothly and raises standards as the business grows.
