Requirements

Responsibilities
• Oversee the listing operations team to ensure efficient and accurate posting of listings across all Binance platforms in Asia / Hong Kong / Taiwan, Taipei. • Develop strategies for increasing visibility and engagement with target audiences through various marketing channels. • Monitor performance metrics related to postings and provide regular reports on key indicators such as reach, impressions, clicks, conversions, etc. • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align listing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. • Manage relationships with external partners or agencies responsible for posting listings in specific regions/markets within Asia / Hong Kong / Taiwan, Taipei. • Ensure compliance with local regulations and guidelines related to listing operations in each region where Binance operates. • Provide ongoing training and support to the team members involved in post listing activities to ensure they have up-to-date knowledge of best practices and industry trends. • Identify opportunities for process improvement or optimization, such as automation tools or workflow streamlining techniques, that can help increase efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality standards. • Actively seek feedback from team members on how to improve the listing operations processes further; regularly review performance data against industry benchmarks while considering customer needs when making decisions about changes in strategy/tactics employed by your department or company as a whole (if applicable).
