Requirements

• Five years experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development or similar HX roles balanced between learning and development, within a tech and remote-first company • Expertise in instructional design, e-learning and adult learning principles; experience with LMS platforms and digital training tools are a plus • Strong focus on data and metrics, with the ability to design and track measurable learning outcomes and communicate the impact to stakeholders • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across teams, support managers in development planning, and engage employees at all levels • Ability to adjust learning strategies to accommodate diverse remote teams across different regions and cultures • Excellent English: As a global team, we work entirely in English for meetings, customer calls and business communications. • Experience in manager and leadership development is a plus. • Clean criminal record • CV written in English • Personality Profile • Personality Profile • Curious: You’re eager to learn and grow among a cutting-edge tech team. • Autonomous and positive: You excel in a fully remote, globally distributed workplace. • Team player: You enjoy collaboration. • Adaptable: You operate with a startup mindset and move at a startup pace. • Charismatic: You’re a talented leader whose presence can fill a room.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver workshops, online courses and learning materials to help employees build skills, especially management skills and technical abilities. • Improve training programs by establishing metrics to measure effectiveness and then implement appropriate changes. • Build an ongoing training library so employees can continue developing their skills and grow into new roles whether technical or leadership roles. • Manage HR processes such as annual performance reviews and goal-setting for managers and employees and report on their effectiveness. • Be the face of talent development at Loka.
