Requirements

Responsibilities
• Solution Design: Craft compelling AI prototypes on the Articul8 platform that address real business objectives and understand customer challenges to map them to technical solutions. • Customer Enablement: Lead workshops, hackathons, and training sessions for customers' teams regarding AI transformation empowerment. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams on positioning the platform and delivering best-fit solutions. • Platform Deployment: Oversee installation, configuration, scaling of Articul8 in customer environments ensuring security, reliability, performance standards are met. • Custom Engineering: Develop tailored workflows to meet unique customer needs for AI transformation success. • Infrastructure Optimization: Architect and tune Kubernetes-based infrastructures on AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premises environments for excellence in deployment efficiency. • Ongoing Training: Provide enablement workshops and documentation to support customer autonomy expansion post AI transformation implementation. • Continuous Improvement: Monitor deployments focusing on cost-effectiveness, performance scalability, resilience enhancement based on feedback received from customers. • Customer Advocacy: Gather and relay actual customer needs' feedback influencing the product roadmap for future improvements in Articul8 AI solutions.
