Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve assigned KPIs
Own and manage the Referral program operations, including performance tracking, data analysis, and continuous optimization
Maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, traders, and community partners, including onboarding, communication, performance follow-up, and incentive alignment
Analysis of issues faced by users and propose solutions
Investigate business and user demands (trading behavior, referral performance, KOL feedback) and propose scalable solutions and implementation plans
Analyze user feedback, trading data, and rebate performance to identify issues, optimize incentive mechanisms, and improve user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, including trading competitions, referral promotions, and KOL-led initiatives
