Responsibilities
• Own and ship product across dispatch, billing, routing, and support • Build full-stack systems that are simple for customers and robust under the hood • Turn operational pain points into well-designed product solutions • Help shape product direction through strong engineering and customer judgment • Use AI tools where they create leverage for the team and product
