Stealth Startup - Full Stack Software Engineer

• Design, build, and ship customer-facing products across web, mobile, and device experiences. • Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and infrastructure that power our platform. • Work across the entire product lifecycle, from early prototypes to production systems. • Partner closely with product, design, AI, and hardware teams to bring new experiences to life. • Build integrations between software, AI systems, and connected devices. • Improve reliability, performance, security, and developer experience across the stack. • Make thoughtful technical decisions while balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability. • Help define engineering culture, standards, and best practices as the team grows. • Own projects end-to-end and ship quickly with a high degree of autonomy. • 6+ years of experience building and shipping production software. • Strong full stack engineering skills with experience across frontend and backend development. • Comfortable working across multiple parts of the stack and learning new technologies when needed. • Experience building products from 0→1 or working in fast-paced startup environments. • Strong product instincts and a desire to build things people actually use. • Able to move quickly without sacrificing quality. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.High ownership, low ego, and strong collaboration skills.
