Requirements

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support for People services, addressing employee inquiries about benefits, policies, and procedures. • Maintain and update People systems with a focus on data integrity and confidentiality (BambooHR, ADP, Sapling, Lattice, OnBlick, Pave, Google Suite, etc.). • Administer the full US onboarding and offboarding processes. • Oversee US immigration case management. • Ensure compliance and timely reporting, including required trainings and EEO reporting. • Manage the HR help desk and electronic postal inbox, handling unemployment claims, employment verifications, and other requests. • Assist with total rewards administration, including benefits and compensation reviews. • Support the HR roadmap and contribute to strategic projects.
