Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field. A master's degree is preferred. • Proven experience (at least 8-10 years) in Finance transformation management roles. • Strong knowledge of HR and Finance processes, systems, and best practices. • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing transformation strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives aligned with business objectives. • In-depth understanding of enterprise software applications commonly used in HR and Finance, such as HRIS, payroll, financial management systems, etc. • Solid project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time and within budget. • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of effectively leading and developing IT teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Thorough understanding of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements in relation to HR and Finance data. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement transformation strategies and roadmaps aligned with the overall business objectives, focusing specifically on the HR and Finance departments. • Collaborate with HR and Finance department leaders to understand their technology needs and challenges, and develop IT solutions that support their operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to HR and Finance teams in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of software applications, databases, and systems. • Manage and lead a team of IT professionals dedicated to supporting HR and Finance functions, ensuring appropriate staffing, training, and professional development. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT systems and infrastructure within HR and Finance, including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support. • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and solutions that can enhance HR and Finance processes, improve efficiency, and optimize data management. • finalize the SAP S/4 and workday implementation through the group (we are live with S/4 public cloud in more than 80 markets) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to streamline processes, identify opportunities for automation, and drive digital transformation initiatives. • Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics, prepare regular reports for management, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and cost optimization. • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and assess their potential impact on HR and Finance operations.
