Weight Watchers - Senior/Staff Fullstack Engineer, Clinic
Requirements

Responsibilities
• As an Engineer on the Clinic Platform team, you’ll build and scale the systems that power our clinician and patient experiences end-to-end. • Design, build, and own fullstack features across web and backend systems supporting telehealth workflows (intake, eligibility, prescribing, care plans, follow-ups) • fullstack features • Partner closely with product, design, and clinical teams to deliver intuitive, compliant, and high - quality user experiences • Build scalable backend services and APIs that integrate with EHRs, pharmacies, labs, and third - party partners • scalable backend services and APIs • Develop modern frontend applications (React - based) that power internal clinician tools and member - facing experiences • modern frontend applications • Ensure performance, reliability, and security across critical healthcare flows • performance, reliability, and security • Contribute to architecture decisions, technical strategy, and system design for a rapidly evolving platform • architecture decisions • Drive experimentation and iteration, enabling rapid product improvements while maintaining high quality • experimentation and iteration • Mentor engineers and raise the bar for engineering excellence, code quality, and operational rigor
