Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of experience in data/ reporting in financial services (ideally within automotive, leasing, or a similar asset class) • Extensive experience working with complex and challenging data sets • Financial literacy (ideally familiarity with securitisation facilities) • A demonstrated ability to own and deliver reporting projects • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and a solid command of SQL • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach to accuracy and control • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage and prioritise across different workstreams and tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing all external institutional investor reports, including month-end reports, facility utilisation requests, and weekly origination reports • Work with a variety of different data sources and navigate large complex data sets which underpin the investor reports • Act as the lead problem-solver for reporting discrepancies, with the ability to perform deep-dive reconciliations between granular loan-level datatapes and facility summary reports to identify and resolve root causes within complex datasets • Work alongside the Capital Markets deal team to understand the transaction documentation, internal processes and securitisation terminology • Work closely with the Data, Product and Operations teams to improve our processes, enhance data quality and enable efficient management of our funding lines • Responsible for managing and overseeing investor cash sweeps, along with reconciling bank data • Monitor transaction covenants and performance triggers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations • Responsible for managing investor audit requests, including pulling together materials for external audits and responding to auditor’s queries • Collaborate with the Capital Markets, Product and Datateams to design reporting requirements for new products/ new funders • Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high performance and accuracy across all deliverables • Help promote the culture of a “data-driven mindset” across the business
