Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in a major that required critical thinking, attention to detail, and research skills • Demonstrated work or academic experience in data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis • Familiarity with data manipulation in Google Sheets or Excel; interest in/familiarity with coding languages like SQL • A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment; comfortable with some ambiguity • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback • This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare. • Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Responsibilities
• Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ. • Curate, validate, clean, and analyze datasets • Perform research on various healthcare related subjects • Follow documented procedures to complete recurring tasks like performing quality assurance on data • Execute monthly operational data pipelines • Balance several projects at the same time while maintaining a high degree of quality, organization, and communication • Suggest process improvements as you identify them • Build and retain detail-oriented working knowledge of Garner processes and data infrastructure
Benefits
• The target salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
