WPP - Deputy Director, Enterprise Risk and Resilience Management

• Experience in enterprise risk. Ideally with business continuity or resilience management too, in a large, multinational organisation. • Strategic mindset to align risk/resilience with organisational goals. • Strong understanding of risk frameworks, resilience principles, and standards (e.g., ISO 31000, 22301). • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage priorities, and remain calm under pressure. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to translate complex information into insights. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence all levels. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments. • Certifications (e.g., IRM, BCI, ACCA, CIMA) desirable, or equivalent relevant experience. • Familiarity with creative, technology, or professional services sectors a plus. • You're open: We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
