Requirements
• A craft-first designer: your portfolio leads with stunning, considered UI, not just process decks • A systems thinker who builds reusable foundations, not one-off screens • Comfortable across the full product process (discovery, testing, iteration) but happiest making things look and feel exceptional • Direct, low-ego, and fast: you'd rather ship and learn than debate in the abstract • Energised by designing for a global, multi-market, multi-language audience • 7+ years in digital design, with recent years in product design for consumer-facing apps or platforms • A portfolio of shipped work showing exceptional UI craft and visual judgement • Hands-on design systems experience: building component libraries, documentation and governance • Expert-level Figma, plus fluency with AI-assisted design tools • Experience working with engineers on implementation and handover • Bonus: brand design, art direction, motion, or multi-market/multilingual product experience
