Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach supervisors and leads across three shifts, strengthening organizational performance • Drive KPIs in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale with a data-driven approach • Build workforce engagement through coaching, recognition, and professional development • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product teams to resolve challenges and improve results • Manage staffing, resource allocation, and labor budgets to ensure efficiency • Champion safety initiatives and create a safer, more productive environment • Lead the seamless introduction of new products, processes, and equipment into manufacturing • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize material flow and inventory • Partner with customer experience teams to ensure outstanding service
