Requirements

• Engineering experience at tech and product-driven companies • You use Windows as your main OS, and have done for several years • Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and React • Experience building and maintaining desktop apps on Windows (Electron experience is a big plus!) • Comfortable navigating Windows-specific APIs and tooling when needed, even if you're not a low-level specialist • As a person, you… • Are first and foremost a builder • Are excited to work in-person from our office in London (most of the time) • Love working in a startup environment (you either have experience working in a startup or are really drawn to the zero-to-one phase) • Value working with people who are kind, ambitious, and pragmatic • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Own the development of new user-facing features end-to-end, making sure they work brilliantly on Windows • Own the Granola experience on Windows. You'll feel every papercut because you'll use it every day • Optimise the application for speed, scale, and reliability on Windows • Work across the stack, from our React/TypeScript UI to native OS integrations where needed • Interact with users to understand their problems and design solutions • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, designers, and other members of the team to make our Windows app as good as our macOS app (or better?!)
