Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML and Data Science. • Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and MLOps. • Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and Splunk. • Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or similar AI platforms. • Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and AI architecture patterns. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes. • Strong understanding of AI governance, compliance, and model monitoring. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Rajan Paul(Linkedin ID) • We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. Responsibilities
• Design and lead end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. • Architect scalable cloud-based AI platforms and applications. • Build and integrate LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions. • Define and implement MLOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and governance. • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive AI strategy and innovation. • Mentor technical teams and ensure successful solution delivery.
