Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related construction discipline• Minimum 5 years of experience within large-scale marine construction projects, preferably Design & Build environments• Strong experience as a Marine Method Engineer directly involved in project execution and construction activities on site • Technical Expertise • Experience with construction methodologies, temporary works, and construction sequencing within marine environments• Experience with complex marine infrastructure and coastal construction activities, including temporary works and marine installation methods, such as quay walls, jetties, breakwaters, reclamation, marine piling. • Experience preparing and coordinating Method Statements and shop drawings• Good knowledge of marine equipment, lifting operations, and piling equipment• Familiarity with logistics planning, temporary facilities, and precast/storage yard organization • Working Style & Communication • Practical and solution-oriented mindset with strong constructability awareness• Strong coordination and communication skills within multidisciplinary project teams• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environments• Previous Middle East project experience is considered an asset
