Requirements
• 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years leading managers or multiple teams. • Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud native environments, preferably AWS. • Strong background in microservices architectures and high availability systems. • Proven ability to operate in regulated or compliance sensitive environments. • Experience in fintech strongly preferred; credit domain experience is a plus but not required. • Demonstrated track record of raising engineering standards and improving execution discipline. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving clarity and momentum. • High personal standards and a bias toward action. • What Will Set You Apart • Experience building or scaling credit products such as underwriting, ledgering, servicing, or transaction processing. • Experience improving platform resiliency such as multi region architectures. • Track record of evolving teams from good to great. • Masters Degree in Computer Science. • Your Manager • Your Manager • Recruiter For This Role • Prashant Sharma • Typical Process • Typical Process • Application Submission • Recruiter phone call • Hiring manager video call • Virtual “Onsite” consisting of 4-5, 45 min calls
