Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data center commissioning, construction, or critical infrastructure delivery. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent commissioning experience considered (CxA certification a plus). • Deep knowledge of commissioning levels L1 through L5 and the associated documentation and testing requirements at each phase. • Hands-on experience with data center systems including power distribution and EPMS infrastructure. • Proven experience managing third-party commissioning agents and holding vendors accountable to scope, schedule, and quality. • Ability to review and interpret technical documentation including construction drawings, single-line diagrams, submittals, and test procedures. • Strong cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to align construction, engineering, controls, and operations teams around commissioning objectives. • Experience with issue tracking, risk management, and project reporting across multiple concurrent workstreams. • Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements within active construction and commissioning environments. • Willingness to travel to project sites as required (75% travel).

Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
