Requirements

• You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Go-to-Market partners to use data and analysis to identify and solve our biggest product challenges. You will influence product strategy and investment decisions, be focused on impact, and play a key role in ensuring Encord continues to deliver exceptional value to the AI teams we serve. • You're a data-driven problem solver with strong product instincts and a passion for AI. You thrive in fast-moving environments, are comfortable working with ambiguity, and know how to turn complex data into clear, actionable direction. You want your work to have a tangible impact on a product that sits at the heart of how the world's leading AI teams build and deploy models. • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a relevant quantitative field (Master's or Ph.D. a plus). • 2+ years of experience in analytics, including data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical software (e.g. R). • Experience understanding user behaviours, product ecosystems, and long-term product trends. • Demonstrated ability to lead data-driven projects from definition through to execution. • Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or agent orchestration is a plus, we're building at the frontier and expect our team to be too.

Responsibilities

• Use data to shape product development, quantify new opportunities, identify upcoming challenges, and ensure the products we build deliver real value to AI practitioners and the teams building with them. • Identify and measure the success of product initiatives through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring of key product metrics. • Design and build our data analytics infrastructure from scratch in order to empower other teams to make data driven decisions. • Help your partner teams prioritise what to build, set goals, and develop a deep understanding of our product ecosystem. • Go beyond presenting data - tell compelling, data-driven stories that convince and influence partners with clear insights and recommendations.

Benefits

• Competitive salary and meaningful equity in a high-growth startup. • Opportunity to work at the frontier of AI development and have a front row seat to the latest innovations from the most sophisticated companies in the world (our customers). • Strong in-person culture, most of the team works from our London office 4+ days/week. • 25 days annual leave + UK public holidays. • Annual learning & development budget. • Opportunity to travel for customer visits, events, and conferences across the UK and Europe. • Company lunches twice a week. • Monthly socials & bi-annual team offsites. • We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
