Requirements

• Senior BA (or Lead BA) with +5 years experience on complex, technical platform programmes. • Proven enterprise DAM implementation experience in advertising/creative operations (campaign production, studio workflows, brand governance). • Deep expertise in metadata, taxonomy/controlled vocabularies and governance for discoverability, reuse and automation. • Strong grasp of DAM configuration and integration patterns (APIs/events, SSO/identity) and translating requirements into build-ready artefacts. • Tenovos (or comparable cloud-native enterprise DAM) implementation/integration experience is highly desirable. • Clear communicator and facilitator: able to drive decisions, manage trade-offs, and produce concise documentation. • We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with creative, studio, brand, legal, tech and ops to map current-state workflows and define future-state DAM processes. • Partner with Product to consolidate cross-marketing capability needs across Open teams into a prioritised DAM scope and backlog. • Define and align the information architecture: asset types, metadata schema (definitions/validations), taxonomy/controlled vocabularies, and the governance model to maintain standards over time. • Translate needs into delivery-ready requirements for DAM configuration (workflows, permissions, validations), including user stories and acceptance criteria. • Partner with the QA team to define and document acceptance test scenarios (aligned to user stories and acceptance criteria) to support build verification and UAT readiness. • Define rights and compliance requirements (licensing/usage windows, releases, embargoes) and how they apply to search, delivery and activation. • Map the end-to-end content supply chain and run workshops to maximise DAM platform capabilities (e.g., Tenovos) across search, reuse, approvals, renditions and distribution. • Define integration and non-functional requirements, including explicit API requirements (endpoints, methods, request/response payloads, authentication/authorisation, error handling, rate limits, environments) plus events/SSO/identity, and NFRs (security, performance, auditing, reporting/analytics) aligned to platform standards. • Define ingestion/migration approach (sources, mapping, deduplication, folder-to-taxonomy translation) and support UAT readiness. • Produce and maintain core artefacts: process maps, workshop readouts, functional specs, taxonomy/metadata definitions, and governance decision logs. • Set up the requirements/governance operating rhythm (cadence, decision forums, RACI) and drive decisions and trade-offs with senior stakeholders. • Support delivery through refinement/build/test/UAT and manage the change/enhancement backlog to improve outcomes over time.
