Requirements
• Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR • 4 years of equivalent work experience • A+ Certification required • Intermediate hardware and software troubleshooting skills • Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint (preferred) • Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and resolve incidents effectively • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills • Strong customer service mindset with professionalism and empathy • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record • Ability to pass a background check prior to hire
