Requirements

Responsibilities
• Standardize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and Helm charts across 10+ microservices • Build centralized logging, metrics, and alerting (currently a gap) • Extend Terraform to cover full AWS infrastructure • Improve deployment reliability: staging environments, rollback strategies, health checks • Harden security: container scanning, secrets management, network policies • Improve the local development experience (Docker Compose orchestration for all services) • 5-7+ years of professional DevOps / infrastructure engineering experience • Strong expertise in Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and Helm • Production experience with Terraform or equivalent IaC (CloudFormation, Pulumi) • Deep experience with AWS (ECR, EKS, App Runner, S3, CloudFront, IAM) • Proficiency designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) • Track record building observability (logging, metrics, tracing) for distributed systems
