Requirements

Responsibilities
• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, trusts, and estates • Work on complex Flowthrough and/or PCS engagements, including real estate, family offices, and closely held business structures • Identify, research, and resolve tax technical issues and apply findings to client situations • Assist with tax planning strategies, projections, and entity structuring to optimize client outcomes • Collaborate with Managers and Directors on client deliverables and tax strategy execution • Review work prepared by Associates and provide coaching and feedback to support development • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service • Stay current on federal, state, and local tax legislation and communicate relevant updates to the team • Contribute to process improvements and team efficiencies
