Requirements
• Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion. • Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them). • Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are. • Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team! • Prior experience and comfort working in the sports industry. • Interest in brand storytelling, content creation, or sports marketing, sponsorship, and partnership activation. • Familiarity with social media, digital content, or integrated marketing campaigns. • Exposure to B2B marketing concepts, account-based marketing (ABM), or pipeline-driven go-to-market strategies. • Familiarity in experiential marketing, event hospitality (professional, volunteer, or campus-level). • Proficiency with project management or marketing tools (Asana, Notion, Salesforce, Google Workspace). • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-environment. Responsibilities
• How we’re using AI today • On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
